Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of body commuting muscle activity by performing dynamic postural balance training and bridge training for adults in their twenties.

Methods: The study randomly selected 15 students from the dynamic posture balance training and bridge training exercise groups. Before and after the start of the exercise, the subjects were attached to the transversus abdominis, external oblique abdominal, internal oblique abdominal, rectus abdominis muscle, and rectus femoris muscle, and the subjects were kept in a squat hold posture for 10 seconds.

Result: There was no significant difference between the groups of transversus abdominis, external oblique abdominal, internal oblique abdominal, rectus abdominis muscle and rectus femoris muscle in dynamic posture balance training and bridge training group. There was a significant difference in the external oblique abdominal and rectus abdominis muscles before and after the dynamic postural balance exercise. There was a significant difference in the rectus abdominis muscle between pre and post exercise in the bridge training group.

Conclusion: Dynamic posture balance training and bridge training were found to be effective for body stabilization and it is considered effective for body stabilization if exercise is selectively performed according to circumstances.
